Emily and Cory's wedding day was a rural Wisconsin dream filled with so many special details that showed the couple's heart. Staying true to Emily's family's history, they decided that a barn wedding fit their style best. They chose The Farm at Dover in Kansasville, WI as their venue- getting ready in their stunningly decorated suites, setting the ceremony down a path in the woods, and hosting the reception in the impressive two-story barn.
The day started with the girls getting ready in matching robes with mimosas and the guys hanging out and shot gunning a few beers. The sun was shining all day which created some beautiful lighting during the ceremony- which featured a guest appearance by two of the couple's goats! Guests mingled walked through the property during cocktail hour while we snuck away for some photos. The reception kicked off with some heartfelt speeches and a choreographed first dance by the couple. They had been taking dancing lessons and CRUSHED the choreography!
These two are the definition of high school sweethearts. Emily and Cory have been together for 9 years (and counting!). They are both extremely hard working and each other's biggest supporters, but know the importance of laughing together and can throw a heck of a good party. While everyone knew a wedding was coming at some point, the highly anticipated day was still filled with tears, laughter, and an abundance of love.
